Where is it? When is it?
In Northern Arizona University’s Beasley Gallery: 1115 S Knoles Dr, Flagstaff, AZ 86011
The opening is Friday, November 20th from 5:30 – 7, but the gallery is open Wednesday and Thursday 10am -4pm.
Parking?
Parking for the gallery opening will be at the Northern Arizona University Performing Fine Arts Building. Parking will be free or you can pay to park in the Knowles parking garage.
Handicap parking will be available, but limited supply.
What if I can’t come that day?
I understand if you can’t make it! The gallery opening is going to be loud and busy. Please RSVP no and write that you would like to come a different day. Cecilia will reach out to you to make plans to see the opening 1:1.
Are you going to be available earlier in the day to meet/get coffee/ get lunch?
Probably not! This is going to be one of the busiest days for me so I will not have very much time before the opening.

Is there an after party?
Yes! I will be having an after party at a bar downtown that allows people under 21 until 10pm. Further details will be updated when I have a estimate of how many people will come.
If I have questions that day who should I contact?
Please contact Cecilia’s parent from the side of the family that you are coming from. They will be able to help coordinate arrival times, plans beforehand, carpooling, and parking. Cecilia will be busy setting up for her exhibition and will not be able to answer many texts or calls.
